Petition for Reinstatement of Registration for Station E030084 This application respectfully requests that the license for Domestic Satellite Temporary Fixed Transmit-Only Earth Station E030084 be reinstated and renewed. It has just come to the licensee’s attention that the registration authorization expired May 29, 2018, less than 30 days ago. The licensee and its legal counsel are currently establishing revamped record-keeping systems that will prevent any future inadvertent oversights of the renewal deadlines set forth in Section 25.131(h) of the rules. The earth station is used in connection with providing service to the licensee’s viewers in and around Teaneck, NJ, as it relays Television news and programming from remote locations. Because continued use of the earth station will serve the public interest and the licensee took prompt action as soon as soon as it discovered the renewal deadline had been overlooked, the licensee hereby petitions the FCC to reinstate and renew the registration authorization nunc pro tunc.
