Petition to Reinstate This application seeks a reinstatement and renewal of the license for fixed transmit-receive earth station E910649, which is licensed to Gray Television Licensee, LLC (“Gray”). Through an inadvertent oversight, the renewal application was not filed by the expiration date of May 1, 2018. The E910649 earth station is used in conjunction with the operations of WCTV(TV), Thomasville, Florida for the coverage of important news, weather and sporting events and is important to the station’s operation. This link is vital in alerting residents of potential severe storm threats that may affect the area. Accordingly, pursuant to section 25.163 of the rules, Gray respectfully requests reinstatement and renewal of the license for earth station E910649. 13336121.1
