Washington, D.C. 20554 ATTN: International Bureau – Earth Stations Re: Supplement to License Renewal Application Satellite Earth Station KL42 FCC File No. SES-RWL-20171208-01313 On behalf of Iowa State University of Science and Technology (“ISU”), we submit this supplement to the above-referenced license renewal application in FCC File No. SES-RWL- SES-RWL-20171208-01313 for domestic fixed satellite earth station KL42 at Ames, Iowa. Please note that the although the KL42 earth station facility is presently licensed as a transmit/receive facility, the transmit functions are no longer in use. ISU therefore seeks to remove the transmit frequency listings from the KL42 authorization, and authorize KL42 as a receive-only earth station authorization. We respectfully request that the International Bureau associate this supplement with the renewal application and continue to process the renewal.
