EXHIBIT Pursuant to the International Bureau’s Public Notice providing guidance to earth station licensees and applicants,1 renewal applicant Inmarsat Inc. informs the Commission that it has verified the site location of earth station KA25 using the recommended WGS84 coordinate datum and Google Earth.
