CALL SIGN E020253 EXHIBIT A RENEWAL APPLICATION In assessing the license information for the earth station authorized under call sign E020253, GCI identified a minor discrepancy in the positioning coordinates reflected at the time of initial licensing and the coordinates measured using geopositioning tools available 10 years later. The difference does not exceed the one second measure allowable under a minor modification (0.56 seconds Longitude), and thus, a major modification is not required. Additionally, the original application indicated that the earth station would access the ANIK E2 (S2597) satellite at 111.1° WL. As this satellite is no longer active, this satellite should be removed from the “Points of Communication” list in Schedule B of the 312 form when GCI files this major modification.
