Call Sign: E000725 License Renewal Application February 2016 SkyBitz, Inc., Application for Renewal of License E000725 Request for Renewal and Extension of Waiver to Use Half-Duplex METs SkyBitz, Inc. respectfully requests renewal and extension of its waiver to use half-duplex mobile earth terminals (“METs”). As grounds for this waiver request, SkyBitz is willing to continue to comply with Condition 5856 as stated in its License. Condition 5856 has been accepted by the NTIA and has been implemented by the Commission in coordination with NTIA. SkyBitz has relied upon the waiver in Condition 5856 in deploying its METs. For the forgoing reasons, SkyBitz respectfully submits that grant of the requested waiver will serve the public interest.
