February 2012 Attachment A Page 1 of 2 Statement Regarding Applicant’s Organization and Control In connection with an assignment application filed with the Commission on March 27, 2007, MTN License Corp. (“MTN”) submitted an organizational diagram that identified the nature and extent of control of MTN. See File No. SES-ASG-20070327-00405. The information contained in that diagram remains accurate, except that the name of one entity listed in the diagram has changed from SeaMobile Enterprises, Inc. to SeaMobile Satellite Holdings, Inc. This name change does not result in a transfer of control of MTN under Section 25.119(b) of the Commission’s rules, and is being reported here to comply with the renewal application’s request to note any exceptions to an applicant’s organization information on file with the Commission. An updated organizational diagram is included below.
