Petition to Reinstate This application seeks a reinstatement and renewal of the license for fixed transmit-receive earth station E910391, which is licensed to Sagamorehill Broadcasting of Wyoming/Northern Colorado (“Saghill”). Through an inadvertent oversight, the renewal application was not filed by the expiration date of July 12, 2011. The E910391 earth station is used in conjunction with the operations of KGWN-TV, Cheyenne, Wyoming for the coverage of important news, weather and sporting events and is important to the station’s operation. This link is vital in alerting residents of potential severe storm threats that may affect the area. Accordingly, pursuant to section 25.163 of the rules, Saghill respectfully requests reinstatement and renewal of the license for earth station E910391. 13336121.1
