Please advise whether you have any questions or require anything further in order to process the application. Please note that Globalstar USA is also filing renewal applications via IBFS for three additional antennas at Globalstar USA‘s Clifton, Texas earth station facility, for Earth Station call signs E0O00342, EO0O0343, and EO0O0345. Globalstar USA respectfully requests that the International Bureau process these four renewal applications simultaneously. As you may be aware, these earth station antennas are the subject of a pending Modification application filed December 21, 2009 (IBFS File No. SES—MFS—20091221—01610). The renewal and modification applications should be considered separately and concurrently, and the pendency of both applications should not interfere with or delay the Bureau‘s consideration of either request.
