Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 Item 9 (Environmental Impact): The earth station is installed at the Applicant's facility in Hawley, Pennsylvania, and no environmental changes have been made at the facility since the granting of the earth stations’ license. Therefore, the earth station does not have a significant environmental impact. Finally, the facility is surrounded by a fence, which will restrict public access to the earth station.
