PETITION TO REINSTATE Call Sign E000701 Norac Inc. / Denver Colorado Please accept my sincere apologies that this Renewal Application is being sent after the expiration date. (The license for this sister dish, Call Sign E000702 had the same expiration date and is also being renewed today.) We have paid all of our users fees over the years – and did most recently a few months ago in the Fall of 2010. To expedite and simplify the payment of these user fees to the FCC each year, we transferred the activity schedule of this license to our accounting department and their automatic payment system – but accidentally omitted the scheduling of license renewal upon expiration. I just noticed the expiration of this license yesterday and called Mr. Frank Peace at the FCC immediately. We use this temporary fixed earth station to transmit High Definition Television programming from remote locations back to our broadcast center in Denver Colorado. This satellite dish is an integral part of our business. Losing this license would be a tremendous hardship to our company and the clients we serve. Thank you very much, Brian Brieske Norac Inc.
