Due to an administrative oversight, renewal applications were not filed with the Commission and steps have been implemented to ensure that such an incident does not reoccur. Bresnan has held many earth station licenses and registrations over the years and strives to ensure that all licenses are maintained according to the Commission’s rules and are timely renewed. These stations have remained in operation, however, and reinstatement to continue operations is requested because the stations provide essential services to Bresnan’s cable system serving Polson, Townsend and Boulder, Montana. No modifications have been made to the facilities covered by these registrations. In view of the considerations discussed above, the public interest will be served by approval of this request for reinstatement to continue operation of E900489, E900491 and E900488.
