The Applicant understands that the license terms for E000264 will expire on June 1, 2010. The delay in application for renewal of this Call Sign and missing the timely renewal deadline specified in Section 25.131(e), resulted from a change in reporting at this facility. This forth coming expiration was just identified and the Applicant has immediately filed for renewal and requests a petition to reinstate Call Sign E000264 with this filing. This C-band receive/only earth station has been under continuous frequency protection by Comsearch and no modifications to the original license registration have been made.
