Exhibit A Page 1 of 1 Item 5(a) and 5(b) (File Number and Date Issued): The earth station File Number denoted in Item 5(a) (SES-MOD-20031126-01726) and the date issued (01/23/2004) are for a modification filed in November of 2003. RRSat filed a modification in July of 2009 (SES-MOD-20090724-00912). The more recent modification included operations in that portion of the transmit spectrum from 13.75 to 14.0 GHz. The application was placed on Public Notice in August of 2009. However, this filing has not been granted, and it can be assumed that a decision by the NTIA has not been made concerning the transmit frequencies from 13.750 to 14.000 GHz associated with the modification.
