Exhibit B Page 1 of 1 Item 9 (Environmental Impact): The earth stations are installed at the Applicant's facility in Hawley, Pennsylvania, and no environmental changes have been made at the facility since the granting of the earth stations’ license modification. Therefore, the earth stations do not have a significant environmental impact. Finally, the facility is surrounded by a fence, which will restrict public access to the earth stations.
