FCC Form 312—R Application for Renewal of Earth Station License Requést for Waiver Spokane Television, Inc., licensee of Earth Station E900019, respectfully requests waiver of Section 25.121(e) of the Commuission‘s rules and grant of the instant application for renewal of this earth station license. Section 25.121(e) provides that applications for renewalof earth station licenses must be submitted no later than 30 days before the expiration of the license. Here, the license expiration date is January 5, 2010, and due to a wholly inadvertent calendaring error, the instant application is being submitted less than 30 days prior to license expiration. Additional steps will be taken to calendar expiration dates properly and to assure compliance with future deadlines.
