This authorization shall not be construed in any manneras a finding by the Commission on the question of marking or lighting of the antenna system should future conditions require. The grantee expressly agrees to install such marking or lighting as the Commission may require under the provisions of Section 303(q) of the Communications Act. 47 U.S.C. §303(q).
