Mr. Newman converted the truck from a Ku truck to a C band truck. I failed to relinquish my license at that time and have been out of the satellite uplink business. I wish to let the Commission know that I have sold that unit. Additionally, in February 2011, I purchased a used satellite truck from NBC Telemundo/WRC-TV in Washington, D.C. call sign E980067. I am hoping to transfer this license to RapComm, LLC. Please advise as to the necessary procedures in order to expedite licensing this used satellite truck.
