The company was converted to a limited liability company (“LLC”) through a process recognized under Oklahoma law as one by which the LLC is deemed to be the same entity as the corporation. The commencement of the LLC relates back to commencement of the corporation. Please update the Commission’s license records to indicate that VI-TEL, LLC is the licensee of station E6530.
