Washington, DC 20554 Re: Reuters America LLC — Non—Renewal of Earth Stations E881388, E881389 and E881390 Dear Ms. Dortch: Reuters America LLC ("Reuters") holds Radio Station Authorizations for the above— referenced earth stations, each of which has an expiration date of December 9, 2008. The Commission is hereby respectfully advised that Reuters has no need to deploy these earth station facilities beyond the expiration of their current license term. Accordingly, Reuters did not file applications for renewal of these earth station licenses, and each of the licenses therefore shall expire on December 9, 2008 in accordance with its terms.
