This application is being filed pursuant to the April 18, 2018, Public Notice (DA 18−398); accordingly, frequency coordination is not required. 9

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
