Response to E20, Schedule B, Form 312: FAA Notification Not Required Per Part 17, Section 17.7(e) of the FCC rules, FAA notification is not required as this existing antenna structure is located on the rooftop of an existing building and extends only 5 meters (16.4 feet) above the roof of the building, resulting in a maximum antenna structure height above ground, including the building, of 12 meters (39.4 feet) which is less than the 200 feet structure height requiring notification under Part 17, Section 17.7(a).
