We are registering a domestic receive−only earth station that was constructed and in operation prior to April 19,2018. This is will be for the purpose of video service in Moundridge, KS 9

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
