It utilizes a 97 electrical degree tower which is within a chain link fence. The Earth Station is a receive only satellite dish. It has no emissions but is contained within the chain link fence. Based on the Table 2 page 4 in OET 65 a. The Minimum Fence distance from a 1/4 wave radiator is 2 meters or about 7 feet to the Fence. The tower has an ASRN of 1031597. It is two meters above the maximum height permitted.
