Response to E20, Schedule B, Form 312: FAA Notification Not Required FAA notification is not required as this existing antenna structure is located on the rooftop of an existing building and extends only 3.8 meters (12.5 feet) above the building roof, resulting in a maximum antenna structure height above ground including the building, of 15.0 meters (49.2 feet). This is less than the 200 feet structure height requiring notification under Part 17, Section 17.7(a).
