Response to E20, Schedule B, Form 312: FAA Notification Not Required Per Part 17, Section 17.7(e)(1) of the FCC rules, FAA notification is not required as the antenna structure is located in an area with existing structures of a permanent and substantial nature with equal or greater heights. Specifically, these existing satellite receive antennas are located within one second latitude and longitude of a 29.3 meter tower, FCC Antenna Structure Registration Number 1269070.
