EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Scripps Broadcasting Holdings, LLC. Baltimore, MD The facility proposed in the attached application is a cluster of satellite antennas permanently ground mounted. The largest satellite antenna in this cluster is a 5 meter parabolic reflector, with the center point of the dish mounted 2.4 meters above ground. Thus, the total height of the antenna system is less than 5 meters above ground. Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is totally exempted from FAA notifica- tion requirements, since its height above ground will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
