EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Scripps Broadcasting Holdings, LLC Omaha, NE The facility proposed in the attached application is a cluster of ground mounted satellite antennas, with the largest satellite antenna in this cluster is a 7.0 meter para- bolic reflector, with the center point of the dish mounted 4.0 meters (13 feet) above ground. With the antenna in operation with any of the domestic arc, permitted list satel- lites, the maximum operational height will never exceed 6.0 meters (19 feet) above ground. Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is totally exempted from FAA notifica- tion requirements, since its height above ground will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
