DENIED AND DISMISSED BROADCAST APPLICATIONS The applicant for this C-Band registration is a subsidiary of Saga Communications, Inc. (“Saga”), the ultimate corporate parent of Saga Broadcasting, LLC, Franklin Communications, Inc., Saga Communications of New England, LLC (“Saga-New England”), Saga Communications of Iowa, LLC (“Saga Iowa”), Saga Communications of Illinois, LLC (“Saga-Illinois”), Saga Communications of Tuckessee, LLC (“Saga- Tuckessee”), Saga Quad States Communications, LLC, Saga Communications of Arkansas, LLC, Saga Communications of North Carolina, LLC, Lakefront Communications, LLC, Tidewater Communications, LLC, Saga Communications of South Dakota, LLC, and Saga Communications of Charlottesville, LLC, The denied and dismissed broadcast applications of all the subsidiaries are listed below. Saga-Iowa was an applicant for a construction permit (File No. BNPFT-20030317AHF) for a new FM Translator Station at Des Moines, Iowa, which was dismissed February 5, 2013, at the request of Saga-Iowa. Saga-Illinois was an applicant for a construction permit (File No. BPH-19870918MS) for a new FM Broadcast station at Mount Vernon, Illinois, which was designated for hearing in MM Docket 88-523 and denied on comparative grounds. (See 5 FCC Rcd 1232 (ALJ- 1990); 5 FCC Rcd 5348 (Rev. Bd. 1990); 6 FCC Rcd 1384 (1991).) Saga-Illinois was an applicant for a construction permit (File No. BPH-19891227MH) for a new FM Broadcast station at Hillsboro, Illinois, which was designated for hearing in MM Docket 91-154 and dismissed pursuant to a Settlement Agreement on August 16, 1991. (See Memorandum Opinion and Order, FCC 91M-2531, released August 16, 1991.) Saga-Illinois was an applicant for a construction permit (File No. BPH-19960603MD) for a new FM Broadcast station at Atlanta, Illinois. The application was dismissed pursuant to a Settlement Agreement on April 16, 1998. (See Report No. 44221A, released April 16, 1998.) On October 30, 1996, the Commission dismissed the application (File No. BPFT- 19960725TD), of Saga-New England for a new FM Translator at Keene, New Hampshire. On November 15, 1996, Saga-New England filed a replacement application for new FM translator at Keene, New Hampshire, to operate on a different channel (File No. BPFT-19961115TH). On June 18, 2013, the Commission dismissed the application (BXLH-20120301ADT) for license to cover a construction permit for an auxiliary antenna for WMGX(AM), Portland, Maine.

Saga-Illinois, applicant for construction permit BPFT 19970825TL, Application at Springfield, IL, (DISMISSED 03/28/2003); and BALH 19920925GV for WQQL(FM), Springfield, IL FID 58549 (DISMISSED 08/03/199); and BMPH 19850802IK for WYMG(FM), Jacksonville [now Chatham], IL FID 58537 (DISMISSED 03/19/1986) and BMPH 19850314ID for WYMG (DISMISSED 07/03/1985) Saga-Iowa, applicant for modification of construction permit BMP 19800820AJ for KPSZ(FM), Des Moines, IA, FID 58533 AM (DISMISSED 01/19/1981). Application for minor change construction permit for KLTI-FM, Ames, IA FID 7823 (DISMISSED [pursuant to settlement agreement] 1/29/2010.) Franklin’s contingent minor modification applications (File No. BPH-20070119ACQ) for WQEL(FM), Bucyrus, OH ( FID 7112) and (File No. BPH-20070119ACO) for WNNP(FM), Richwood, OH (FID30563) were DISMISSED 03/11/2010 for failure to prosecute. Saga-Iowa’s application (BLFT-20100728ABS) for license to cover FM Translator K260AM, Ames, IA (FID 152401), was dismissed November 8, 2010, at the applicant’s request. Saga-Tuckessee’s application (BPFT-20111021ACL) for minor modification of license of FM Translator W259BL, Hopkinsville, KY (FID 89006) was dismissed February 13, 2012, at the applicant’s request. 2

Saga Broadcasting’s application (BLFT-20161020AAY) for a license to cover a construction permit for K250BW, Bellingham, WA (FID 143909) was dismissed February 9, 2017, as moot, because a subsequent license (BLFT-20170111ABH) was granted. Saga-Iowa’s application (BPH-20150603ABB) for a construction permit for KMYR, Ames, Iowa (FID 7823), was dismissed April 13, 2017, at the applicant’s request. 3
