TO: Federal Communications Commission FROM: Jake Timm, Operations Coordinator, Oshkosh Media RE: C-Band Fee Waiver Oshkosh Media, a department of the City of Oshkosh, hereby requests a waiver from any and all fees associated with registering its C-Band satellite dish, which is used solely for receiving audio and video programming to distribute on its government and public access channels. Oshkosh Media also requests a waiver of the requirement to file a coordination report, set forth in the Commission’s freeze decision.
