As you have seen, this is an unusual application that seeks waiver of the need to provide extensive technical data. This was done because the Church was registering approximately 3500 sites. The range of satellite arc (9-223W) and azimuth (94-0275) were actually agreed upon with Paul Blais prior to filing the applications. The idea was to provide the broadest possible range of arc and azimuth to cover the full 3500 sites. We filed applications for 50 sites at a time and thus the 50 sites on the application you are reviewing may not be reflective of all the sites. While we do not object to you changing the application, we would then anticipate that these changes would need to be made for each of the applications filed by the Church—which could be time consuming. If possible, we would ask that you consider whether the waiver request could be relied upon to permit continued processing with the original information.   We appreciate you inputting the information for site#42 if we inadvertently omitted. We did our best with so many registrations and may have missed that one.
