- We use the ground station to receive content which might be used for broadcast on our lp-fm KTJT. My apologies that this is late. We only recently found out about the filing freeze and were not able to submit this on time. I ask for any mercy if possible, and if not, we will have to accept that we will not be given interference protection. If there is anything else I can do please email me at albud@usa.com or 563 340 7384 thanks so much. NOTE: It did not seem like we needed to submit a fee. If one is required and the application can be accepted late, I will fill out a form 159 and submit it. (we felt as an LP-FM we qualify under CFR-2004-title47-vol1-sec1-1114 (c) but if we don't quality we'll pay).
