Of Northeast Ohio Geneva, OH The facility proposed in the attached application is a 3.7 m eter satellite downlink antenna mounted on a 3.7 meter (12 foot) above ground pole. With the antenna in operation with any of the domestic arc, permitted list satellites, the maximum opera- tional height will never exceed 5.5 meters (18 feet) above ground. Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regula- tions, this downlink facility is totally exempted from FAA notification requirements, since its height above ground will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
