EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Scripps Broadcasting Holdings, LLC. Tampa, FL The facility proposed in the attached application is a satellite dow nlink with the satellite antenna permanently ground mounted. The satellite antenna is a 7.3 meter parabolic reflector, with the center point of the dish mounted 6.4 meters above ground. Thus, the total height of the antenna system is less than 10.1 meters above ground. According the FCC TOWAIR utility, there are no airports within 8 kilometers of this site, therefor an 10.1 meter structure at this location would pass slope to any airport. Therefore, pursuant to Section 17.07(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.13 of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is exempted from FAA notification requirements. Carl E.
