EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Scripps Broadcasting Holdings, LLC. Las Vegas, NV The facility proposed in the attached application is a cluster of satellite antennas, with the largest satellite antenna in this cluster is a 3.8 meter satellite downlink antenna mounted on a 2.4 meter (8 foot) pole, that are located on the roof of a 6.1 meter (20 foot) tall building. With these antennas in operation with any of the domestic arc, per- mitted list satellites, the maximum operational height will never exceed 4.3 meters (14 feet) above the roof of the existing building. Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facil- ity is totally exempted from FAA notification requirements, since its height above the roof of an existing building will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
