EXHIBIT 2 (Page 1 of 1) DOCUMENTATION OF EXEMPTION FROM FAA NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Scripps Broadcasting Holdings, LLC. West Palm Beach, FL The facility proposed in the attached application is a cluster of satellite antennas permanently ground mounted. The largest satellite antenna in this cluster is a 5 meter parabolic reflector, with the center point of the dish mounted 2.7 meters above ground. Thus, the total height of the antenna system is less than 5.2 meters above ground. Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is totally exempted from FAA notifica- tion requirements, since its height above ground will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
