SES-REG-20180713-02181 Exhibit for Construction Notification This filing is to notify the Commission that construction and operation of the receive-only earth station dishes registered under call sign E181370 to NPG of Oregon, Inc. (“NPG”), pursuant to the Commission’s grant dated September 24, 2018, in File No. SES-REG-20180713-02181, commenced prior to April 19, 2018. NPG filed the application pursuant to the Public Notice issued April 19, 2018, Temporary Freeze on Applications for New or Modified Fixed Satellite Service Earth Stations and Fixed Microwave Stations in the 3.7-4.2 GHZ Band 90-Day Window to File Applications for Earth Stations Currently Operating in the 3.7-4.2 GHz Band, Public Notice, 33 FCC Rcd 3841 (IB, PSHSB, WTB 2018). Upon NPG’s information and belief, construction of the dishes was completed variously on May 7, 1984, and August 18, 1980. *****
