(“Hearst”), pursuant to the Commission’s grant dated August 21, 2018, in File No. SES-REG-20180620- 01663, commenced prior to April 19, 2018. Hearst filed the application pursuant to the Public Notice issued April 19, 2018, Temporary Freeze on Applications for New or Modified Fixed Satellite Service Earth Stations and Fixed Microwave Stations in the 3.7-4.2 GHZ Band 90-Day Window to File Applications for Earth Stations Currently Operating in the 3.7-4.2 GHz Band, Public Notice, 33 FCC Rcd 3841 (IB, PSHSB, WTB 2018). Hearst does not have definitive records of the precise date that construction of the dish was complete, but upon Hearst’s information and belief, construction of the dish was completed as of September 1, 2012. *****
