Owosso, MI The facility proposed in the attached application is a 3.7 m eter satellite downlink antenna mounted on a 2.1 meter (7 foot) above ground pole. With the antenna in oper- ation with any of the domestic arc, permitted list satellites, the maximum operational height will never exceed 4.0 meters (13 feet) above ground. Thus, pursuant to Section 17.14(b) of the FCC Rules and Section 77.15(b) of the FAA Rules and Regulations, this downlink facility is totally exempted from FAA notification requirements, since its height above ground will never exceed 6.1 meters (20 feet).
