PLEADING TO CORRECT RECEIVE-ONLY EARTH STATION SITE INFORMATION To Whom It May Concern: Reference pending earth station registration for Charter Communications Operating, LLC, FRN 0002526580 Call sign (pending): E180737 in Waco, TX The application does not have a hemisphere listed for the latitude, even though it passed validation. Yet the downloaded IBFS data shows it as a negative number which would place it in the Southern Hemisphere. Given that this a DOMESTIC receive-only station, it’s located in the Northern Hemisphere.
