Construction Notifications for Receive-Only Earth Stations E180632 and E180674 Stonecom Cookeville, LLC SES-REG-20180605-01123/01188 Exhibit for Construction Notification This filing is to notify the Commission that construction and operation of the receive-only earth station dishes registered under call signs E180632 and E180674 to Stonecom Cookeville (“Stonecom”), pursuant to the Commission’s grant dated July 31, 2018, and August 6, 2018, in File No. SES-REG-20180605-01123 and SES-REG-20180605-01188, commenced prior to April 19, 2018. Stonecom filed the applications pursuant to the Public Notice issued April 19, 2018, Temporary Freeze on Applications for New or Modified Fixed Satellite Service Earth Stations and Fixed Microwave Stations in the 3.7-4.2 GHZ Band 90-Day Window to File Applications for Earth Stations Currently Operating in the 3.7-4.2 GHz Band, Public Notice, 33 FCC Rcd 3841 (IB, PSHSB, WTB 2018). Stonecom does not have definitive records of the precise date that construction of the dishes was complete, but upon Stonecom’s information and belief, construction of the dishes was completed as of September 2011. *****
