Request for Waiver of 47 C.F.R. §§ 25.115(c)(2)(ii), 25.131(d), and 25.203(c) Pursuant to the FCC’s Public Notice granting a temporary waiver of the frequency coordination requirements in the above captioned rule sections, 1 Sunbury Broadcasting Corporation is seeking registration of its receive only earth station operating in the 3.7-4.2 GHz band and located in Selinsgrove, PA. Consistent with the Public Notice, this earth station was constructed and operational prior to the April 19, 2018 release date of the Notice, and the application has been filed prior to the July 18, 2018 deadline in order for Sunbury to be able to avail itself of this temporary waiver. 1 Temporary Freeze on Applications for New or Modified Fixed Satellite Service Earth Stations and Fixed Microwave Stations in the 3.7-4.2 GHz Band, Public Notice, GN Docket Nos. 17-183, 18-122, DA 18- 398 (Apr. 19, 2018) (“Public Notice”).
