Hi Eleanor,
I worked on these two
applications this morning. Unfortunately, I was only successful with
one. I believe I’ll need your help in order to rescue the other
one.
First the good news:

SES-REG-20180214-00114,
E180017
o To pay the fee, it was necessary to withdraw
SES−AMD−INTR2018−00472 and start from scratch with a new amendment.
o The new application was successfully filed as
SES−AMD−INTR2018−00472 and I paid the fee.
Now the bad news:
·
SES-REG-20180214-00122,
E180021
o I intended to withdraw the prior amendment
(SES−AMD−INTR2018−00473) but somehow withdrew the original application by
mistake.
o See WTH2018022762629112,
filed this morning at 6:26 AM. Truly, I’m not sure how I managed that
blunder!
o I have a draft amendment but the system won’t let me file
it because the underlying application has been withdrawn.
o I understand I could start with a NEW application again
but that would require paying yet another filing fee.
o Is there any way to reinstate the underlying application
(effectively reversing the withdrawal)?
Next I’ll get started on the
third amendment for WFOR-TV in Miami.

We prepared and filed amendments
for both the C-Band Receive Only Registration applications that you asked about
Friday afternoon. Both now show site location specifics and
frequencies.
· SES-REG-20180214-00122, E180021: SES−AMD−INTR2018−00473
· SES-REG-20180214-00114, E180017: SES−AMD−INTR2018−00472
Upon further investigation, we
found that a third application (SES-MOD-20180213-00116, E130004) was filed
about the same time that also lacks site location address/city/state
specifics. Unless you tell us otherwise, we intend to amend that
application later today.

Thanks for the two notes regarding two C-band receive only registrations. While preparing both applications, IBFS wouldn’t save the receive frequencies for one of the applications despite several attempts. I’ll go back and try to fix that Monday when I get back to the office. However, the site location coordinates were saved on both applications, as shown in the attached PDFs. Are you showing something different?
