("Hearst"), pursuant to the Commission‘s grant dated April 3, 2018, in File No. SES—REG—20180213—00117, was completed on or around August 1, 2008. The receive—only earth station was constructed prior to the date the registration was granted, and Hearst voluntarily elected to file the registration application more recently. Pursuant to the relevant provisions on the authorization and relevant portions of Rule Section 25.133(d) and (b), Hearst has authorized the undersigned to represent that Hearst‘s operation of the earth station will be in conformance with the authorized parameters, and the earth station will remain operational during the license period unless the registration is submitted for cancellation.
