Attachment Exhibit for Form 312 Item 35 and Site Information Item E15 Page 1 of 1 Antenna Waiver Request and Statement ASC Signal 4.0 Meter Antenna The applicant respectfully requests a waiver of the antenna performance requirements in FCC Rules Section 25.209 and agrees to accept any adjacent satellite interference in the 4 GHz receive band as a result of the performance of the antenna. The applicant understands that adjacent satellite interference protection only applies to the extent of the criteria set forth in Section 25.209.
