December 7, 2018 To whom it may concern: Moultrie Telecommunications, a subsidiary of Shawnee Communications, ceased providing CATV services in Lovington, IL as of October 31, 2019. The rising expense and diminishing customer base made in financially impossible to continue to upgrade and maintain an acceptable system. As a result, we are relinquishing the license associated with the ground based receivers for that system. The call sign for this license is E100011.
