Rifkin Acquisition Partners, LLC seeks to register two C−band, receive−only earth stations. The earth stations will provide programming and broadcast services to their subscribers. 9

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
