Request for Extension of Construction Deadline Receive—Only Earth Station EO90161 FCC File No. SES—REG—20090904—01129 Dear Ms. Dortch: On behalfof Service Electric Cablevision, Inc. ("Service Electric‘), we hereby request an additional six (6) months, through September 2, 2010, to submit a Certificate of Completion of Construction for Earth Station E090161 (the "Station"). The current construction deadline is March 2, 2010. The Station is a newly authorized receive—only facility that will be located at a previously unconstructed location in rural Northumberland County, in the northeastern region of Pennsylvania. Due to unforeseen construction and winter weather related delays, Service Electric‘s contractor has been unable to proceed with construction ofthe Station and related facilities. Service Electric has been advised by its contractor that construction will resume in mid to late—April and may take up to four (4) months to complete. Consequently, Service Electric respectfully requests the Commission to grant an additional six (6) months, to September 2, 2010, in which to have the Station constructed and operational.
