Woodward Communications, Inc. seeks to license two C−band receive−only earth stations. The earth stations will receive digital audio and data carriers to be used in connection with radio operations. 9

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
