Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University seeks to register a C−band receive− only earth station. The earth station will provide analog and digital video and audio services for educational programming operations. 9

The applicant certifies that grant of this application would not cause the applicant to be in violation of the spectrum aggregation limit in 47 CFR Part 20.
